Autumn River Walk
In Indiana near the Ohio River there is a paved trail that stretches on for miles. On the trail in autumn you’ll find breathtaking water views with red and golden leaves all along the river. The trail offers many benches to sit and a couple outlooks to view the enchanting scenery before you.

Story Behind The Piece
The leaves crunched under her feet as she walked happily toward the river, taking in the sun dancing on its surface and the little wrinkles it made as boats passed through. It was around seven now, almost eight, and the thick fog was clearing to reveal the red and golden hues of the trees across the river. There were houses far up the mountain and a few people who were crazy like her, jogging across the giant bridge and over to the walk away.
The town was just walking up, and it seemed nature was reminding us to breathe before the to-do list took over our minds. After all, the creator of the world took time to make views like this, it’s about time we enjoy them.
