Part of my inspiration for this piece comes from my awe of the ocean and my love of all things sweet. In the spirit of Valentines Day I decided to create a door that leads the visitor to walk along a stony pathway to the ocean that lay in wait with all its calmness. Signifying the love one can have of life and in life.
